Hello from The Georgian Country Club!  We seek interested Clubs for a fun Match Play Club versus Club experience. This message is designed to be an all-inclusive guide to setting up your team to play us, and we will do almost all of the work.
All we need is a list of players, with one named Captain for your side: 15 minimum, up to 75, from the Tour Master Tier and all higher Tiers, looking to compete,  meet, and have fun.
You pick the course, 9 or 18 holes. No questions asked. We will pair your list with players from our Club, matching your Tiers and Time Zones, as much as possible. After a week for practice time, we all have two weeks to play our single, individual, Official Matches.
We will do all of the work with scoring and provide the rules and such, according to the following format (example from The Bushwackers CC vs. The Georgian CC Event):

Rules and Regulations
1. Matches played at St Andrews Full 18 (Ranked Matchplay), or whichever Course you prefer.
2. Finish date Midnight 3 August 2016 GMT (example of a TWO WEEK TIMELINE)
3. Please send friend request to opponents as soon as possible.
4. Matches must be arranged for a specific time & date, between players eg "Invite me when Im green" is not an arrangement.
5. Match problems must be communicated to your team Captains (iamvapour or YOUR CAPTAIN CHOICE HERE) without delay. If matches are not complete a decision will be made to whom the match is awarded. Thus non-completion does not necessarily mean a draw. Try your best to get your matches done in specified period.
6. Match scores must be posted regularly by team captains or individual players on this message thread. Captains will share results to keep Club Members posted.
7. Points are awarded as follows: 3 points for the Win. 2 Points for Win after extra Holes.1 point for a Loss after extra holes. and, 0 points for the Loss.
8. No focus boosts will be allowed during matches. Use of this tool will lead to a disqualification

We have recently had Matches with Southern England Golf Links CC, The Peoples Club CC, Augusta National CC, The Bushwackers CC, Eagle Club Golf Association CC, and Endeavour CC. If you want more information on the experience, and know some Members at any of these fine Clubs, feel free to investigate. This is the real deal, and since we do almost all of the work, it is as close to "plug and play," for your side, as we can get.
Feel free to Post this Example, given above, for the Match Play Event, to help answer questions your Members may have.
So how do you form a team?
We suggest you post something like the following, in your Forum (you may just copy and paste any/all of this text to your Forum, as you may wish):

WANTED - CLUB VS. CLUB MATCH PLAYERS
Members,
                We are looking for players to represent our Country Club in Match Play against The Georgian Country Club.  We are hoping for a game before the Holidays, but time is short.  A minimum of 15 players would be required from the Tour Master Tier and higher, within the Club. Your name will be placed on a spreadsheet and you will be advised of the Event in this Forum, or by private message(PM).   This is a fun event and an opportunity for you all to meet new friends. Response has been good among many Country Clubs on WGT. If  you wish to play, it will be first in, best dressed.  
Please reply with the following:
1. Name,
2. Country (and/or Time Zone), 
3  Tier Level, and
4.  Official WGT scoring average (or a close approximation)

And then they Reply, over the course of some days or weeks, and you will have your list.
We will accept a list with just names if you prefer. We can look up the rest of the information, but every detail you may provide will speed things up and make things easier for everyone.

So, there it is.

We will nominate one Captain. Our Owner, Sue, ssommers, will usually play if an Owner plays.
This is for fun, first, and some competitive pride, as well.
Within one week of receipt (usually less time) of  your list and course, we would send you the proposed pairings, and suggest a practice week, then a two weeks official timeline to finish all Matches, if everything is agreeable.
It's that easy. As close to "Plug and Play" as we can get.
